For good and valuable consideration that I acknowledge as received and sufficient, and with the intent to be legally bound, by signing this release I hereby irrevocably grant to Abbie Warnock, (“Photographer”), her affiliates, licensees, agents and assigns (and their respective licensees and assigns) (“Assigns”), those for whom the Photographer is acting, and those who acting with her authority and permission the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in her own name to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photographic Images of me or Images in which I may be included in, or Images of the minor named below (if applicable), taken by Photographer as part of a shoot described below (“Images”), to distribute such Images in whole or in part, as part of a composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at her studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, editorial, advertising, packaging, promotion, art, trade, publishing, or any other purposes in any manner or medium (including without limitation broadcast, online and print), whether now or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

I understand Photographer may contract with a stock agency and that the Images may be included in stock files. I hereby waive any right that I may have to any additional money or consideration for any use of the Images.

I further understand and agree that the Images may be modified, altered, cropped and combined with other content such as Images, video, audio, text and graphics.

I waive any right to the Images, including the right to inspect or approve any use of the Images and/or advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied

I acknowledge and agree that I have consented to publication of my ethnicity(-ies), but understand that other ethnicities may be associated with Images of me by the Photographer and/or Assigns for descriptive purposes.

I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images, including the copyright, belong to the Photographer and Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim, for any reason, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy, to Photographer and/or Assigns.

I acknowledge and agree that this release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives and assigns and that the personal information provided by me to Photographer as part of this release may be used and disclosed by the Photographer and her Assigns for the purposes of selling, licensing and distributing my likeness for commercial purposes and confirming my consent. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Photographer and her Assigns, from any liability by virtue of any use of the Images or any changes or alterations made thereto.

I expressly release Photographer and her Assigns from and against any and all actions, liabilities, losses, demands or claims that I have or may in the future have for rights of publicity, invasion of privacy, defamation, libel or slander and/or any other tort or cause of action arising out of any use of the Images, even if such use is unflattering, embarrassing or objectionable to me.

In any event, I agree that my monetary damages awarded against Photographer and her Assigns if any, shall not under any circumstances exceed $500.00USD.
