Silvia and Garrett are tying the knot this week, and they got together for a formal session in their wedding clothes before the big day. We met up at a local Garden setting, but unfortunately, a Chevron oil pipe burst upstream that week, and sent something like 30,000 gallons downstream, and through this park. Sad! I took a quick trip up to Silver Lake a few weeks ago to scout out a shoot, and snapped a couple of photos at sunset. The mosquitos were a little overwhelming, but it’s really a beautiful mountain spot. Figured I’d post a few shots from the trip:

Erika and I met up for her bridal session in Midway. For those of you outside the state, Midway is a little swiss town just south of Park City. The architecture around town is totally charming and set in rolling green hills/countryside, it’s a great little spot for a vacation/weekend getaway. We shot at a bed and breakfast called Johnson Mill, which was adorable.

Kristi and I have been meaning to get together for a photoshoot for MONTHS! Her boyfriend was shipping out to Iraq in the military and she wanted a shoot with him before he left, but no matter how we tried, something always kept us from making it happen. Ryan and Courtney are expecting a new baby, but before his big arrival, they wanted to do a fun maternity shoot with the whole family. Their kids were some of the best behaved and most photogenic children I’ve ever met, they were so awesome. What a stunning family!
